  • What is the turnaround time for our gallery?
    Clients receive a sneak peek gallery within a few days of their wedding or portrait session. Completed wedding galleries take 3-4 weeks, portrait sessions take 2-3 weeks.
  • How many images do you provide? Do I have printing rights?
    Portrait sessions I deliver unlimited edited and retouched high resolution images. This means all images that are deemed useable and represent my style are edited and delivered. Factors that determine quantity can be how many locations, outfit changes, length of portrait session or wedding and number of people involved. *I don't deliver unedited images* YES! you have unlimited downloading and printing rights. Along with access to an online print store. Weddings: unlimited edited and retouched high resolution & low resolution images (sharing online) are available with your wedding package or can be added if your package doesn't include it
  • How far in advance do you suggest we book a portrait session or our wedding date with you?
    Portrait sessions are scheduled any day of the week and done preferably 2 hours before sunset, but fall and summer are really busy. The sooner you inquire & book the better. Weddings are booked up to 18 months out.
  • When should we schedule our engagement session?
    You will want to keep seasons of the year in mind if you want something specific, you will also want to keep in mind your save the date cards if you wish to use your images for those.
  • Do you provide prints?
    Final images are provided via Pixieset online gallery, you can easily order prints directly from your private gallery at your own convenience. I do offer to order prints for you if you like! Albums can be added to any wedding package or portrait session
  • Do you charge travel?
    I do not charge travel on wedding coverage unless the location of your wedding requires me to book a hotel and / or a flight, this is determined on a case by case basis. Portraits I charge for travel for anything that is 30 miles or more from Lake Arrowhead. Travel fees start at $40.
  • Do you require deposits? When is payment due?
    Wedding: Yes, 25% non refundable deposit is required, this is collected along with the return of the signed contract. Final wedding balances are due 30 days prior to wedding date. Portrait: Yes, $50 non refundable deposit to hold the agreed session date, balance is due the day of your session. Deposit can be used to reschedule date if needed.
